#Setting Up Your First Filter

Filters are the core of Kops. They define exactly what you're looking for — brand, price range, size, condition — and Kops scans marketplaces 24/7 to find matches.

#Step 1: Choose Your Marketplace

Kops currently monitors Vinted across all European domains. Select your preferred marketplace zone in the settings.

#Step 2: Define Your Criteria

A good filter is specific enough to surface real deals without flooding you with noise:

• Brands: Pick the brands you know well (Stone Island, Nike, The North Face, etc.)
• Price range: Set a maximum price that represents a deal for that brand
• Sizes: Filter to your sizes so you only see wearable items
• Condition: "New with tags" and "Very good" tend to have the best resale value

#Step 3: Enable Notifications

Once your filter is active, Kops will notify you instantly when a matching item appears. Open the Kops app or dashboard and you'll see a live feed of matches.

#Understanding the Feed

The feed is your real-time stream of matched products. Each card shows:

• Product details — title, brand, size, condition
• Price — highlighted if it's significantly below market value
• Seller info — rating, number of sales
• Time — how long ago the item was listed

Products appear within seconds of being posted, giving you the first-mover advantage.

#Enabling Autocop

Autocop is Kops' killer feature. When enabled, Kops will automatically purchase items that match your filters — no manual clicking required.

1. A new listing matches your filter criteria
2. Kops verifies the listing is legitimate (checks seller history, photos, etc.)
3. Kops initiates the purchase on your behalf
4. You receive a confirmation notification

• Spending limits: Set a daily or weekly budget cap
